Good Foods To Nourish You!


  • Water! Purified, spring, Britta filtered- go for it!
  • Blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • Cantelope, honeydew, watermellon
  • Wild caught salmon (stay far away from farm raised)
  • Organic free-range roasted chicken
  • Greens (fresh spring field greens, dark leafy greens)
  • Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
  • Raw almond butter (I like the creamy and raw one here)
  • Sprouted grains and organic bran
  • Sprouted flours (Essential Eating has a great selection)
  • Lentils (wonderful lentil bake recipe here)
  • Healthy fats (avocado, extra virgin olive oil, virgin coconut oil, fresh flax or fish oil)
